Reliance Recovery is a small group of Real Estate professionals. We know the “ins and outs” of Surplus funds recovery. If a government agency is holding these funds we know how to get them in a timely manner. After a certain period of time has passed the government agency may get to keep your funds. It is definitely best to have a professional by your side. 

Our Mission

If your funds are not claimed in a certain amount of time, the funds will often ‘escheat’ to the agency that is holding them. This will mean you can no longer make a claim for those funds. At the end of the day these are your funds and these agencies should not get you money. Our mission is to make sure this never happens. We audit these government agencies on a regular basis for unclaimed funds. When we find them, it is our mission to put these funds in your hands.
